Human Resources Manager

Chase Hospitality Group is looking for a Human Resource Manager to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources programming by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsiblities:

  • Maintains the company structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
  • Oversees a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Provides ongoing opportunities for employee development
  • Create opportunities for employee engagement and increased satisfaction in the workplace
  • Oversees Health and Safety program including adherence to Legislative and WSIB requirements

Senior Operations Manager

Chase Hospitality Group is seeking a talented, organized and poised individual for the position of Senior Operations Manager. The chosen candidate will work with the Front of House and Heart of House Teams to create an unparalleled guest experience while a leading class experience for all staff members.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Designing and implementing staff training initiatives
  • Scheduling Front of House staff and ensuring that budgeted labour costs are followed
  • Creating and promoting strategies to improve service and grow business
  • Creating and implementing guest recognition programs to enhance experience and increase visit frequency
  • Providing, acting and reporting on proactive strategies to ensure that the cost of goods falls within budgeted parameters

Corporate Chef

Chase Hospitality Group is looking for a talented Chef to take on the operations of The Chase, our highly acclaimed flagship restaurant.

The chosen candidate would work with Chefs Tyler Shedden and Luke Kennedy to create and present an exceptional menu while overseeing one of Toronto's most elite kitchens.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and roll out of seasonal menus using ethically sourced products
  • Leading the culinary team with his/her exciting vision for the restaurant.
  • Overseeing the operations of the team, including the supervision of all Sous Chefs
  • Showing leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience of food and cooking
